The Founder of The Susmita’s Classes, I am Susmita Suresh Yadav, your go-to Corporate, Soft Skills, and POSH Trainer. With over 5 yrs of experience training individuals and corporates, I also fancy myself as an ESL Expert. (Yes, I do wear many hats!) In addition to training, I freelance as a recruiter for MNCs, adding a dash of global flair to my portfolio. My academic journey has been quite the adventure – I hold a Masters in TESOL with a specialization in Business English from ICTT (a prestigious UK-based institute) and an MBA in ITSM. My professional journey includes a stint at MIT ADT University, Pune, I have been a Corporate Trainer at HPE. Over 8 years of experience across various consumer-centric and educational fields.
