The Founder of The Susmita’s Classes, I am Susmita Patil, your go-to Corporate, Soft Skills, and POSH Trainer. With over 5 years of experience training individuals and corporates, I also fancy myself as an ESL Expert. (Yes, I do wear many hats!)

In addition to training, I freelance as a recruiter for MNCs, adding a dash of global flair to my portfolio. My academic journey has been quite the adventure – I hold a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with a specialization in Business English, Child Psychology, Young Learners Teacher Training & Educational Administration & Management from ICTT (a prestigious UK-based institute) and an MBA in IT & Security Management.

My professional journey includes a stint at MIT ADT University, Pune, where I coordinated for Cambridge & CA-PA and taught Soft Skills, Event Management, and Marketing Management. I have also been a Corporate Trainer at HPE. With over 8 years of experience across various consumer-centric and educational fields, I've pretty much seen and done it all.

I am also a Cambridge Certified Speaking Examiner and an Authorized Consultant for ETS India, TOEFL, and GRE. Currently, I am on an exciting path to becoming a Life, Career, and Business Coach.
